KANSAS CITY, MO – Country Club Bank Chairman and CEO Paul Thompson announce the election of three new board members. Grant Burcham, past Chairman/CEO of Missouri Bank and Trust and current Managing Director of Big Bear Ventures; Brent Stewart, retired CEO and President of the United Way of Greater Kansas City and Gina Stuelke, CEO and President of Kenton Brothers Inc.

Grant Burcham, Managing Director of Big Bear Ventures, previous past Chairman and CEO of Missouri Bank & Trust and lifelong banker, is well-known in the Kansas City area as a market leader, and grew Mobank from $63 million in assets when he took over in 1994 to more than $575 million by 2018. Burcham was named Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 1999 and was recognized by the Kansas City Business Journal’s Power 100 in 2014 and 2015. 

Brent Stewart, retired CEO and President of the United Way of Greater Kansas City, lead the successful integration of four regional United Way operations into a cohesive and respectful organization with a unified commitment to community impact. Kansas City. He is a founding member of the Urban Neighborhood Initiative, a nonprofit organization established to revitalize neighborhoods in a target area in Kansas City’s urban core. He was recognized by the Kansas City Business Journal’s Power 100 in 2014 and 2015.

Gina Stuelke, CEO and President of Kenton Brothers Inc., fourth-generation CEO and one of a handful of women executives in the security industry. Stuelke was selected as one of six women in the US for the Committee of 200 mentoring program, a professional organization of preeminent women entrepreneurs and corporate leaders that capitalizes on power, success and influence of businesswomen in the global economy. Stuelke is a Helzberg Entrepreneurial Mentoring Program Fellow and a Kansas City Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business
