One Card

A single credit card that combines travel and entertainment with purchasing features (an ideal solution for companies with an annual spend of over $1 million).

The average employee spends 20 minutes on each expense report and another 18 minutes correcting 20% of their reports.1 One Card can provide solutions for these questions:

  • How can my business decrease the costs of processing checks, invoices and purchase orders?
  • How can I simplify the business expense report process?

The Elan One Card offered by Country Club Bank combines corporate travel and purchasing card programs into a single streamlined payment solution. The One Card integrates transactions with one process, one staff, one card issuer and one invoice. Plus, it provides your organization with access to business travel and procurement benefits that make doing business safer, easier and more rewarding.

Implement a One Card program in three easy steps

  1. Contact us and then complete, sign and submit the One Card application (while including all required documents).
  2. Provide the last three years' financial statements. If the statements are older than five months, interim financials are required.
  3. Discuss complete program set-up and training requirements with an Elan implementation project manager.

The entire implementation process — from application to receipt of cards — takes approximately six weeks based on a standard One Card program rollout.
