Mr. Bures serves as Managing Director of CC Capital Advisors. In this capacity, Mr. Bures actively assists financial institutions in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, ownership planning, consulting, and strategic planning. He holds Series 24 and 79 licenses.

Mr. Bures has over 23 years of experience serving community banks, primarily in the Midwest. Prior to joining The Capital Corporation, Mr. Bures was Vice President of Operations with Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Insurance Company, KBS Division – the successor to Kansas Bankers Surety Company. While at KBS, Mr. Bures actively worked with bankers nationwide to solve their specialty insurance and loss control needs. Prior to joining KBS, Mr. Bures was a consulting Professional Engineer in the power industry.
