EXPERIENCE
Jack Rusgis joined the firm in 2018 and has advised clients on multiple mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and corporate finance advisory transactions across a broad set of industries.
Prior to CCCA, Jack was an auditor at Ernst & Young in Kansas City. While at EY, Jack served clients in the mining and metals, automotive transportation, hospitality and construction, and pharmaceutical industries. He has significant experience with financial statement review and a strong understanding of GAAP.
EDUCATION & AFFILIATIONS
Jack graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Accountancy from the University of Missouri. He holds a CPA license in the state of Missouri.
